We currently have a fix for this in our preview version. You can download that here: https://slobs-cdn.streamlabs.com/Streamlabs+Desktop+Preview+Setup+1.20.3-preview.1.exe.
If you are still having issues please submit a ticket to our team. But before hitting that send button, please make sure that you include either your Diagnostic Report.
How to Share Your Diagnostic Report
- Click on Settings in Streamlabs Desktop
- Go to Get Support
- Press Upload Diagnostic Report
- Paste this in the Diagnostic Report Code section toward the bottom of the ticket submission
