- macOS version
- Which issue you are having
- Your macOS cache.
How to get macOS cache:
- Open a new Finder window
- Click "Go" and then "Go to Folder"3
- Type ~/Library/Application Support
- Find the slobs-client folder
- Upload that .zip file to Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., and send me the download link.
Please make sure that the Drive/Dropbox links have public permissions so our dev team can access the information there.
