In Streamlabs Desktop version 1.20.4 NVENC doesn't have the rescale output option, but NVENC (New) does. NVIDIA only made it where NVENC can rescale the output. This means that you cannot use "rescale output" with an NVIDIA encoder at this time. This is what it looks like currently:

Work Around 1: Use Software (x264)
This rescale output still functions appropriately. This will use your CPU for encoding instead. If you struggle with high CPU usage, this would not be a good work around for you.
Work Around 2: Use the Streamlabs Desktop Preview Build
We do have a fix for this within our preview build. The preview build is where we test fixes as well as our newest features. This comes at a cost as this could be unstable. You can download it from here if you would like to try it until the fix is pushed out.
