Test Widgets Button Not Working

Work Around Available

Currently, when you click the Test Widgets at the bottom right of Streamlabs Desktop, it does not expand.

To test your alerts while logged in with Kick you will need to go to your Alert Box on Streamlabs.com. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Test button in the top right
  2. Hover over Kick or whatever platform you would like to test (for tips & merch you would hover over Streamlabs)
  3. Hover over and click on the alert you would like to test.

Editing Widgets Within Streamlabs Desktop

Work Around Available

Currently, you are unable to edit Kick-specific alerts through Streamlabs Desktop. You will need to do this within your  Alert Box on Streamlabs.com.

Adding Streamlabels

Investigating/Work Around Available

While logged in with Kick you are unable to add any Streamlabels. Adding the source currently adds at Text GDI+ source. If you have any other platforms linked to your account (such as Twitch, YouTube, etc). you can log over to that account and add non-platform labels (i.e. Tip, Merch, etc). If you go live to kick only, they may convert back to Text GDI+ sources.

Downloading Themes

Investigating

When downloading a theme, it will only apply to non-platform alerts (i.e. Tip, Merch, etc).
