Status: Workaround Available
When opening the Streamlabs Desktop App users have reported that they cannot see any dashboard/editor information such as scenes, sources, audio mixer and the stream preview.
Workaround:
Clear the cache of your Streamlabs Desktop App. This will reset your current settings on the software but should allow you to see everything properly afterward!
Windows:
1. Close the Streamlabs Desktop App and copy: "%appdata% " then Press the Windows Key on your keyboard, Press CTRL + V then Press Enter
2. This will put you into your roaming folder, scroll down until you see " slobs-client "
3. Rename it to " _slobs-client "
4. Restart Streamlabs Desktop as Administrator when launching
Mac:
1. Close the Streamlabs Desktop App and open a new Finder window
2. Click "Go" and then "Go to Folder"
3. Type "~/Library/Application Support"
4. Find the "slobs-client" folder
5. Rename it to " _slobs-client "
6. Restart Streamlabs Desktop
