Awaiting Third Party
Jan 15 2026 Update: We have heard from TikTok that they are aware of the situation and are investigating what is causing this. Please reach out them if you meet the criteria in steps 1 & 2 as they would be able to assist. We do not have an ETA on when the issue will be resolved.
Our team is aware that many users are having their Streamlabs x TikTok live streaming access revoked/suspended. The approval process is entirely handled by TikTok. We do not approve or deny individuals from streaming to TikTok. This issue is not unique to Streamlabs, as other third party PC streaming solutions are also having this issue (i.e. StreamElements, Restream.io, etc).
Step 1: Ensure that your access is revoked
Click on the Streamlabs x TikTok LIVE access link here. You will see a webpage that has one of the following messages:
Approved
This means that you are approved to stream to TikTok using Streamlabs. If you are having issues going live, please reach out to our team.
Under Review
This means that you still haven't been approved or denied. Please wait for at least 1 business day and check the link again to see your approval status. A business day is Monday-Friday within typical business hours excluding public holidays.
Not approved or revoked
This means that TikTok has not approved or revoked your access. If you see this message, you will want to go to your TikTok Restrictions screen. There, if you have any current violations, that would be why you were revoked or not approved. You would need to wait the 30 days to reapply. If you see 0 violations, continue to step 2.
Do not continue to Step 2 unless it was explicitly written in the dropdown for your Streamlabs x TikTok LIVE access message.
Step 2: Verify You Meet Streamlabs x TikTok LIVE Requirements
Content is at least 50% Gaming
Starting July 7, 2025, TikTok creators must stream at least 50% gaming content to keep access to TikTok LIVE. If access is revoked, you can reapply after 14 days, provided 50% of your streams during that time are gaming content. Once reinstated, you must consistently meet the 50% gaming content requirement to keep access.
You have no violations on TikTok
You will need to have 0 violations within your TikTok Restrictions area. To check that, make sure you are logged into TikTok and click on this link: https://livecenter.tiktok.com/violation. If you have violations, you will need to wait for those to be removed. If you are still having issues after the violations have been removed, you will need to contact TikTok using the directions in Step 3.
Do not continue to Step 3 unless you have at least 50% gaming content and do not have any current violations.
Step 3: Contact TikTok
You will need to reach out to TikTok using their support link here: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/report/feedback?lang=en. Please fill out each section of the form with your details and copy/paste the non-personal information sections.
Topic: Account ban/suspension
Category: Other (This way you don't get the support that will automatically assume it's a LIVE issue, but that it's a Streamlabs access issue. These are not the same.)
Username: @yourname (This is the @yourname in your tiktok link)
Contact Email: your@email.address (This is the email address that is best to contact you at. You should also try to make this the same email address as what is linked to TikTok.)
Additional details: I am reaching out regarding my Streamlabs TikTok Access (https://www.tiktok.com/falcon/live_g/live_access_pc_apply/result/index.html?id=GL6399433079641606942&lang=en-US&apply_mode=8) showing as as "Revoked." I do hot have any active violations and I would like assistance in restoring my access to stream to TikTok using Streamlabs. For your convenience, I have included a screenshot of my Streamlabs Access Tab showing the current status. Please let me know if additional information is needed to assist with my case.
Attachments: Include a screenshot of your Streamlabs TikTok Access page and any other screenshots you receive when streaming

Further Communication with TikTok
We have found from past experiences that sometimes there are misunderstandings after the initial report. We have done our best to be as clear as possible, but here are some common areas of confusion:
You have LIVE Access
If they are indicating LIVE or TikTok LIVE this is an entirely separate access . You are not reaching out about LIVE access, but the ability to use Streamlabs x TikTok LIVE access, hence why we were saying specifically Streamlabs Access. This is also the "LIVE on PC" access
You need to reach out to Streamlabs
Share with them that you have spoken to the Streamlabs team about this. They have spoken to their contacts at TikTok and this specifically a TikTok issue. Our formal messaging is on our Streamlabs Support Help Twitter as well.
If they indicate again that it is a Streamlabs issue, please submit a ticket to us at https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with screenshots of the conversation with their team.
