Widgets - YouTube emojis won't show up in the chatbox

Notes:

YouTube does not have an API endpoint to receive the YouTube specific emojis. All unicode emojis (such as 😃) still work. Until YouTube provides this endpoint, we would be unable to display it it other than the written-out name.
