Game Widget from Streamlabs is a new widget that lets your viewers play tic-tac-toe against AI while you live stream. At Streamlabs, we believe in providing creators with the tools they need to succeed. Game Widget is another addition to our free collection of tools and features designed to help you grow your channel and build a better stream.

After adding Game Widget to your live stream, you can set a specific command your viewers can use to play their turn. By default, we set the command to !slgame. To provide their response, they can type "!slgame 1–9" in the chat to play their turn. The game will put an X next to the number that got the most responses.

Step 1: Open Streamlabs Desktop, and click the plus sign to add a new widget.

Step 2: Scroll down and click on "Game Widget."

And that's it. You should now see tic-tac-toe in your live stream.

How to Customize Game Widget

Step 1: Visit the dashboard on

Step 2: Click on "Widgets" from the navigation panel on the left.

Step 3: Scroll down until you see Game Widget.

Now you can customize the Game Widget settings. There are two types of settings: General and Game Related.

General Settings

General settings customize how the widget functions. You can edit the time it takes for your chat to send in their response, you can customize the command your chat can use to play the game, and change the messages that will appear if you receive no input from your chat or the game restarts.

Game Related Settings

Game-related settings give you a ton of freedom and functionality to make this game look like your own. You can customize the background colors, the color of the X's and O's, the color of the borders, and so on. You can edit various messages here, including the chat won message, the chat lost message, and so on.
