Streamlabs takes security very seriously and makes every effort to protect your funds. For this reason, only verified accounts are eligible to receive tips directly via credit card.
To become verified to accept Credit Card tips, accounts must have a proven track record of legitimate use and demonstrate a consistent pattern of concurrent viewers and followers.
Once you have reached the approved level, you will automatically be able to set up credit card tips by entering your personal information and linking a bank account.
Please note, verification is an automated process that cannot be bypassed.
If you're a new streamer, you can set up one of our other payment methods while you build up your streaming track record.
We recently added a new PayPal integration where you can accept both PayPal & credit card tips without going through the verification process listed above.
