If you are still experiencing this issue, please go to Streamlabs Dashboard account settings > integrations located here then remove your Extra Life account and merge once more.

Notes:
If a donation is made through Extra Life it does not show up on the Recent Events list live, but if you refresh your recent events list it does. If you replay the alert it may be delayed by 10 seconds.
Troublehsooting:
- Remove and re-add participant ID
- Verify the participant ID matches
- Send a test donation via Extra Life
