Navigating to Your Membership Page
- Log into Streamlabs.com with an account linked to your Ultra subscription.
- Find the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen next to your Profile Picture.
- Click on it and then click Memberships.
How to get an Invoice/Receipt
- Navigate to your Memberships Page.
- Click View Payment History.
- Click Download Receipt to the right of the particular charge you need it for!
Update Payment Information
- Navigate to your Memberships page.
- Under Subscription, click Update Payment Info.
- Update your payment method and press Save!
How to Cancel Subscription
- Navigate to your Memberships Page.
- To the far right, click on Cancel Membership.
- On the next screen, tell Streamlabs why you want to cancel your Ultra membership. Select from the reasons provided or tell us in the Other field. Don’t be shy—we truly want your honest feedback! Then, the Continue Canceling button will activate.
- Your Streamlabs Ultra subscription comes with many features and access to various tools for content creators. Please review the screens to know exactly what features you’ll lose access to by downgrading from Streamlabs Ultra.
The first screen shared information about your All Stars Ranking. By clicking Continue Canceling you acknowledge your loss in your All Stars ranking and applicable points.
The second screen is all of the benefits that come with Ultra. If you want to continue. Click the tick box at the bottom left and the Continue Canceling button will highlight.
- Then you’ll see the Success! screen, confirming your cancellation request has been received. Please reference this screen for the date your Ultra benefits will end and what features you may still use with the free Streamlabs Starter Plan.
